The Arcsmith Collective

The name Arcsmith reflects the philosophy at the center of our work. We think about arcs as the evolving paths people and organizations move through — moments of transition, reflection, growth, and reimagination. The smith represents craft: the intentional, hands-on process of creating spaces where insight, dialogue, and collaboration can emerge.

Arcsmith is a collaborative collective of facilitators, coaches, storytellers, and interdisciplinary practitioners who design arts-based workshops and reflective experiences for organizations and teams.
